According to DHMI (State Airports Authority) 2010 passenger statistics, TAV Airports is the leading airport operator in Turkey. TAV Airports Holding operates Istanbul Ataturk Airport, Ankara Esenboga Domestic and International Terminals and Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport International Terminal, Gazipasa Airport in Antalya in Turkey. On an international basis; Tbilisi and Batumi Airports in Georgia, the Monastir and Enfidha Airports in Tunisia, as well as Skopje and Ohrid Airports in Macedonia and Medina Airport in Saudi Arabia. TAV Airports also operates in other areas of airport operations such as duty-free, food and beverage services, ground services, IT, security and operations services. TAV Airports also operates duty free, food and beverage and other commercial areas at Riga Airport in Latvia. The Company, together with its subsidiaries, provides services to approximately 420 thousand flights and 48 million passengers a year.
According to financial statements prepared in accordance with IFRS, TAV generated a turnover of 785 million Euros in 2010. The company shares are listed on the Istanbul Stock Exchange as "TAVHL" since February 23, 2007.
TAV CONSTRUCTIONA TAV Group company, TAV Construction was founded in 2003 and has, since that time, undertaken projects totalling close to 3 000 000 m². TAV Construction has made its mark on top projects in the region: In Turkey, construction of Istanbul Atatürk Airport International Terminal, Ankara Domestic and International Terminal, Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport International Terminal, among others. Overseas projects concluded to date are Tbilisi and Batumi International Airports in Georgia, and TB3 at Cairo International Airport in Egypt, Enfidha-Hammamet Airport in Tunisia, among others. One of the biggest in the region, the new Doha Airport is among the ongoing projects of TAV Construction.
TAV Construction has been awarded many EPC projects and has been designated as the 3rd Largest Airport Construction Company in the World by Engineering News Record (ENR) for the projects realized in 2008.
